Classical Hindustani music and Kathak

ICMS and Kent Classic Arts are co-sponsoring a
wonderful mix of Classical Hindustani music and Kathak
dance at Cartwright Auditorium (formerly University
Auditorium), Kent State University, on Saturday, March
17, 2007 at 7:30 p.m.
Performing artists in this event include:
- 1) Mr. V.K. Raman, Flute
- 2) Ms. Anupama Bhagwat, Sitar
- 3) Mr. Suman Laha, Veena
- 4) Mr. Samir Chatterji, Tabla
- 5) Mr. Poovalur Srinivasan, Mridangam
- 6) Ms. Archana Joglekar, Kathak dance
Tickets:
$20.50 adults; $15.50 seniors; $12.50 KSU faculty,
staff and alumni (with valid I.D.). All other students
are free. Adults accompanying younger students are
$12.50.
This event is FREE for ICMS Founders and Pillars (paid
members as of 2007). However, the ICMS members must
RSVP and reserve their seats prior to the event. Any
unreserved seats will be sold to the other audience.
ICMS Members - Please call in advance and claim your
seat.
Seats are not reserved. However, an opportunity to
become a Patron at $50.00 per person is available. At
this level, contributing patrons will have preferred
seating in the front of the auditorium, and their
names will be listed in the program. Patron support is
deeply appreciated and all contributions will be used
exclusively to fund the artists. Those wishing to
become Patrons are may call (330) 672-4741 to make a
contribution.
